Description of Service

G.T. Nunez & Associates provides audit, review, and compilation services to homeowner associations and resident owned housing corporations. Our Firm is experienced with the unique concerns of the various forms of homeowners' associations, both in assisting with state statute compliance and  accounting and reporting.  We currently serve 8 different homeowner associations with services ranging from audits to financial statement reviews, and monthly compilations.
